Racing Heartbeats combines romance and physical challenges, featuring six male and six female contestants from Taiwan, Japan, and Korea. Over 14 days, they undergo intense training and eventually participate in a Spartan obstacle race. Through this process, they develop genuine romantic relationships, with the winning couple receiving a prize to stay in a luxurious hotel and enjoy a romantic date.
